some suggestions...

i come and check if there is any new post everyday, but there is none, so i think the project is dying again?
here are some suggestions:

1) finish off every single we r doing now and upload them (jheine, just tell me if you need help)
2) delete all the post and start all over again
3) actie ppl stay, sorry to the unactive ppl, coz if unactive ppl stay, the project will die again very soon. Also, do state who is moderating which group (if there is), coz as far as i know, some of the moderators just went missing and didn't pass their lines... which is not a moderator should be doing...
4) jheine, maybe you can post a list of members in every group (i don't mind help moderating if u need help)
5) do have post asking who knows how to mix songs and don't mind helping (like the one you did)

so far, i can only think of these things, if there is any other sugestions, do reply and i will edit this so it won't be too messy =)

should we set leaders for each group? or maybe not?

advantages of setting leaders:
less job and maybe everyone can be more active?

disadvantages of setting leaders:
not quite organized coz each leader do their own way of when to hand in lines and color-coding n stuff...

jheine, u decide, i prefer no leaders... but ew hv to be organized... =)

i think it's better if there are no leaders.

i corrected some of the description so it's easier to know what we r doing (just for now) [sorry jheine, for doing something without asking you]

also, i wanna ask about the sign-up part...
i think it's a bit too messy, liskt everyone sign up for bits but sometime for got to hand in their lines or stuff.. maybe we should change the category 'sign-up' to soloist and concerts
so under special will be soloist and concerts, what do u thinik about that?

n also... r u sure the people in the above list r all active?
n the inactive people or people who r no longer in the project, do u think we should delete their "ID" or whatever u call it? (just some other suggestions, jheine... u r the final one to choose whether to do it or not ^~^)

oh oh n also, should we start deleteing topics that we don't need?
n after the "r u active" thing, we should have new auditions...

about the 'being organized' thing?
i don't think that having a leader for every group should be necessary,..but i realized that you don't put deadlines or due dates for the submission of lines? [or maybe i just didn't see them (O_O)]
i think that deadlines are actually quite necessary.
maybe that's the reason for the disorganization?
the members might say that they're active but they don't send their lines on time.
Maybe we need a little bit more discipline?

@Chinx. before there were no deadlines. but now there will be deadines since not everyone are passing their lines.
